If the need should arise on a daily basis to use the program, a “Change of Dismissal Form” can be submitted to the office by 9:00am on the day of the dismissal change for your child to attend after school care. If an emergency should arise a call to the office and verbal confirmation from office staff as well as Ms. Danielle is needed before 2:15pm for your child to attend after school care. No changes to dismissal will be made after 2:15pm to ensure the safe dismissal of all students
